Life is short. If I had 1 peso for every time people say this line, I’d probably be a millionaire by now. But the news I’ve been hearing about certain people’s SUDDEN demise, which of course fortifies the statement’s credibility, just flabbergasts me. It all the more sends shivers down my spine when I find out that the person who just passed away is someone famous, promising and YOUNG. 

Verily, death is not picky with its victims. Even one of the best entertainers the world has ever known was unable to escape from its clutches. If it is our time, then it is impossible to cheat death. When a person you love or idolize dies, the only things we can do are to accept their death, pray for the bereaved and live our lives in the way that we TRULY want to. We wouldn’t want to leave earth unsatisfied and miserable. After all, LIFE IS SHORT right?

I feel like unless she claims that song was some sort of parody or something, people will keep on hating her. The whole thing could pass as a joke.

I know the song is oozing with shizz but that fact doesn’t give them the go signal to wish for rebecca’s early death. That’s not humane AT all. Shame. Shame. Shame on them..I’m defending her not because I like her song (Hell, it gave me all sorts of goosebumps..And not the good kinds). I’m defending her because she’s just 13 years old and a fellow human being.

I wanted to search for Esperanza Spaulding’s songs on youtube but was flabbergasted when there had no results to display. I’m pretty sure she has videos on youtube since her exposure is world-wide. It was then when I realized that I unknowingly typed “Esperanza Cabral” on the search tab. Hahahaha Just so you guys know, Esperanza Cabral is a doctor and the Health secretary of the Phils. and not a Grammy-winning musician. Lolz Good night and good morning. 

This is the girl who beat Justin Bieber at the Grammys. And boy did she do one heck of a job. :DD

There are currently 354 mining applications all over Palawan. Open pit mining destroys the top soil making land unfit for rehabilitation and planting new greenery. Silt from mining contaminates water. Indigenous tribes are robbed of their only resource - the forest and clean water. LET’S HELP SAVE PALAWAN.
